An anti-ICE protest in Colorado morphed into an anti-US display when demonstrators hauled down the Stars and Stripes and hoisted a Mexican flag in its place.

The Friday night march outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center in Aurora, Col., organized by immigrant rights groups, attracted several hundred people who chanted “close the camps” and “let them all in,” a local Fox News station reported.

Protesters pulled Old Glory down from a flagpole outside the building’s front doors, as well as a Colorado state flag, and replaced the US flag with Mexico’s tricolor.

They then vandalized a “Blue Lives Matter” banner, displayed to support police officers, with a spray-painted message — “Abolish ICE” – and flew it from a neighboring flagpole.

ICE agents dispersed the demonstrators and replaced the original flags
